Great Car (2018 Touring)

Buy the Touring model, Very roomy and comfortable seats. Rides smooth and quiet. One reviewer posted about lack of power. It only has a small 1.5 Liter engine so don't expect it to fly. Honda service and reliability. I had no major problems in 3 years of ownership. Very nice sound system, electronics . Before buying I shopped Toyota Prius, Hyundai but this car just felt more solid and roomy. I have owned many cars from Mercedes sportscar (5.5 Liter) to Ford Expedition. If you want to really save $$ on gas buy this car if you drive under 40 miles a day. I drove over 4,000 miles in 2025 and used $58 in gas. too many convenient features to mention. - 5.0

This is my first hybrid so I was Leary. I generally don't like advanced features due to the possibility of expensive failures but decided to take a chance on Honda. I LOVE THIS CAR! I rarely by gas because, like most people, my normal trip is less than 50 miles. When I do travel I typically get 50 MPG with a car that is the same size as my wife's Accord that gets maybe 35 MPG. It is 6 years old and the only problem was a bad A/C condenser that Honda repaired at no cost and is guaranteed for another few years. The smooth EV torque and many simply mastered features (for someone who loves simplicity) make this my favorite of many cars I have ever owned, Things I don't like: the wipers tend to chatter and the center console is too big. - 5.0

I bought one of the first Claritys in the Denver market in 2018. It was shipped directly from Japan. The car is comfortable, roomy and has all the updated tech (audio, visual and safety). I get compliments from passengers all the time. The gas mileage is superior and the electric battery capacity is enough to get you around town a few days a week!
